I just wanted to take a moment to share some additional thoughts for all couples looking for their wedding planner 😊 What made working with Aris great? Firstly, his very quick response time on any of our inquiries (always same day, and surprisingly most of the time within minutes). His office staff was also very responsive. Secondly, Aris always had a wise and appropriate answer to any of our questions, with a clear sense of what would work for us and what wouldn’t. This may sound trivial, but for us it made us feel in very good hands. Ultimately, building a relationship of mutual trust with Aris, knowing that his advice was always the best way to proceed. Thirdly, Belli Momenti has a very strong office team, thank you Nafsika and Alex for taking care of all the big and small details, and always being very kind. We really enjoyed working with you! Aris has the vision, and the office team supports in bringing it to life. Fourthly, Aris is very experienced in running the day itself. For example, he liaised with the photographers to move our cake cutting moment a bit later, so that it coincided perfectly with the golden hour, small change big impact, this really elevated our whole day. The dressing of both the ceremony and reception venue were simply amazing, as Aris did a great job with his team and the location staff to create something spectacularly beautiful. Lastly, Aris knows and has worked with a multitude of vendors. So it’s very easy to find the right photographer, videographer, MUA, hair, cake, etc. from his extensive list of vendor recommendations. Having this crew of great vendors that all have worked together created a unique feeling of unity and fun. This added to the relaxed and fun atmosphere on our wedding day. We had our dream wedding thanks to Aris and his team! 😍 After deciding to work together on our wedding, we met in Corfu to pick the venue together as a first step, according to our desire & budget Aris showed us several options and we have locked 2 magnifique locations (for ceremony & reception venue). Aris planned for us to meet some vendors (DJ, cake boutique, photographers), all the vendors that Aris recommended exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very nice and the 2 days were great. When we had questions & requests Aris & his team always respond promptly and worked seamlessly together. Before the wedding day we did a boat trip (swimming 💦, BBQ on the beach 🍖) with our wedding guests per Aris’ recommendation and it was the best experience to have fun with our guests before the big day! When our daughter, Lauren, and her fiancé, Alex, decided to marry in Greece, my wife, Amy, and I began a fifteen month journey planning and hosting an elaborate multi-day wedding event on the beautiful island of Corfu. Our event involved renting multiple villas, selecting venues for the wedding ceremony and reception, arranging pre and post wedding day dinners, and planning exciting events that included a chartered boat trip to Paxos and Anti-Paxos and a day of beach clubs and tours. Obviously, an event of this nature involves many decisions, but none of those decisions were as important or as impactful as our decision to choose Belli Momenti as our wedding planner. Simply put, our event would not have been possible without Aris Papachristou and his wonderful Belli Momenti team. Corfu offers a vast array of wedding ceremony and reception venue options, and we had a very specific vision in mind. Through multiple video calls, Aris spent time getting to know all of us and to understand our daughter and her fiancé’s shared vision for their wedding day. For each venue option under consideration, Aris was able to articulate pros and cons, which enabled us to narrow our list and to identify just the right venues before we came to Corfu to see them in person. And when we met with Aris in Corfu to visit the options under consideration, we realized that Aris’s judgment was impeccable! When it came to choosing from among the myriad providers for the wedding ceremony and reception (photographer, florist, venue dressing, musicians, hair and makeup artists, transport service, etc.), Aris has deep relationships with seemingly everyone in Corfu (and some cases, in Athens as well). Aris helped us navigate our options every step of the way, and his team helped us coordinate everything, including facilitating communications with providers when helpful. And when the wedding day arrived, Aris’s and his team’s professionalism and attention to detail enabled the event to go as smoothly as we had envisioned. The same can be said of the assistance we received from Aris and his team when arranging our pre and post wedding day events as well. These experiences left everyone with memories that will last a lifetime, none of which would have been possible without Belli Momenti. Of course, no wedding goes exactly as planned. In our case, one of villas we selected unexpectedly became unavailable shortly before the wedding due to highly unusual circumstances outside of everyone’s control. True to form, Aris leapt into action, responding to us immediately, reaching out to other villa owners, and helping us arrange an even better villa without affecting our budget and without causing us any undue stress. As my wife and I reflect on the entire experience of planning and hosting our daughter and her fiancé’s wedding in Corfu, we have concluded that the love and happiness shared by our daughter and her fiancé ensured that the wedding would be wonderful, but that the assistance and guidance provided by Aris and his team at Belli Momenti ensured that the wedding would be magical. We consider Aris and his team to be expert planners, as well as true friends. We couldn’t be happier!
